My family and I are huge Tiger fans. However, you haven't come to the state of Texas to play in a PGA golf tournament in awhile. Could you please answer why this is? Thank you.
-Lucy from Fort Worth, Texas

Lucy, I really like the state of Texas, and I've had some success there, too. One of the highlights of my career was shaking Mr. Nelson's hand after winning his tournament. Just having him there was an inspiration to me. Putting together my schedule, both PGA Tour events and numerous long-standing commitments, is really a challenge. It's also important to me to be home with Elin and the kids. One day, I hope to return to your state.

Would you ever go back in time and change anything you think changed your life?
-Ariana from Dublin

Ariana, thanks for the very insightful question. I've been blessed in my life with very supportive parents, close friends, a terrific wife and wonderful children. I'm playing a sport I love and feel like I'm making a contribution with my foundation and learning center. Certainly I've made some mistakes in my life, but overall, I'm happy with how things have turned out.

Hey Tiger, congrats on your win! You had an amazing round! The question I have is, what is your favorite course you have ever played on? Also, this summer I am going to Don Law sleepaway camp at Ocean Reef Club, and I was wondering if you have played the courses at Ocean Reef and how are they? Thanks.
-Scott from Boca Raton, Fla.

Hope it's not too hot in South Florida, Scott. My favorite golf course is St. Andrews. As you walk the fairways, you can feel history in every step. I was once told that Bobby Jones said he learned something new every time he played St. Andrews, and I understand just what he meant.

Just a congratulatory note for your win on Sunday. It was fun to watch, and I have had high hopes for your recovery. I am recovering from chemo and really appreciate the effort it takes to get back to what is considered "normal." I wish you the best in the future!
-Beka from Minden, Nev.

Thanks, Beka, and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I think sometimes people don't understand the time, effort and dedication it takes to overcome an illness or injury. It's a constant battle, and some days are better than others. Hang in there, and I hope you continue to do well. It sounds like you have a wonderful, positive attitude.

I bet there are many times when you wish your father, Earl, was physically here with you to share your joys, especially the grandchildren, but such is life. This, however, should remind you: "Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now." Life is too short to dwell on the past; just move on and appreciate each day as the "present" that it is. Again, congratulations and best wishes for that big birthday gift you are planning for Sam!
-Marjorie from Brampton, Ontario

Marjorie, you're right -- life is meant to be enjoyed. A day doesn't go by when I don't think of my pop, and many of the lessons he engrained in me are applicable today. When I'm struggling on the golf course, I'll think of the simple lessons he taught me, and often that helps. He and my mom were always very supportive and made life fun. Elin and I want to do that with Sam and Charlie.
