TIGER: Eat some carbs and make sure you stay properly hydrated. I always make sure I have a bottle of Gatorade Tiger with me whenever I play or work out. You can also try nibbling on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to maintain your insulin level.
Q: Following your most recent knee surgery, are you still performing some form of fitness routine? I recently had a knee menisectomy, and I am wondering what sort of fitness routine I should be following to try and stay in reasonable condition while I await my return to golfing?
